Our Baking Process

At our 50,000 square foot modern facility, we bake our products in the “Old World” European tradition that allows for bench time. This resting time is the only way bread can develop its full flavor. We also score our product with knives, rather than water jets, which creates our unique homemade look.


Quality assurance checks are made throughout the manufacturing process. Finally, the product is packaged and frozen to seal in its just-baked freshness, and stored in our state-of-the-art freezer at subzero temperatures.
