Our 30,000 square-foot gluten free facility provides flexible production of bread loaves, sandwich rolls, bread sticks, and granola, as well as a full range of sweet goods like muffins, brownies, cookies, and cakes. We are certified with the Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC 22000), as well as under the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and the Celiac Support Association (CSA – Celiac Sprue). The facility is Kosher certified by Orthodox Union.
